I had a great experience with RoofsOnly.com. Last fall 2025, they replaced the roof, installed new gutters, and replaced the fence. My roof has been in bad shape for a while, finding loose shingles in the yard, squirrels getting in the attic, patching holes again and again, just throwing money away. This has been STRESS FOR YEARS and I needed help. I found RoofsOnly from high reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. When Jake arrived for the inspection, I knew he was THE ONE, he's super friendly and knowledgeable. He took many detailed photos of the house using a drone. Jake was able to explain many issues of the roof, and by the end of the day, I know best option was to replace it. When he sent me the proposal the next day, I was pleasantly surprised... way more affordable then I expected. I did a little research of the materials they use - it's all high-quality stuff. Once I gave a green light, they found a day available that week, Halloween Day. The crew arrived early in the morning and went straight to work.
