Mark came in when the house was severely damaged due to a water leak and irresponsible restoration company. He put my home back together with ease, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and financially competitive. He is adept at all aspects of construction AND design. I have never met a finer individual in the industry. Working on resolving so many house problems with a responsive and integrous contractor was refreshing. Next time I have a construction issue I will call Mark.

We hired Rosewood Development to build a home in Wildflower, Encinitas and remodel one on the Encinitas coast. We found, Mark Redding, the owner, to be extremely professional, detailed oriented, and in possession of an abundance of very talented and reliable subcontractors. Mark stayed within budget and was accurate in predicting the time needed for each project along the way. Additionally, any requests of ours was always addressed immediately. During the projects it became evident that Mark was a perfectionist and insisted on a clean job site. He is a very caring and personable individual. He is extremely easy to work with and we are confident that anyone that hires him will share these feelings.

After seeing the high quality of custom homes that Mark Redding built in our neighborhood over the years and how happy people are with their results, it was an easy choice for us to have Mark redo our 20 year old kitchen. The work on our kitchen was an extensive job. Everything went so well that we added more projects. We were impressed that Mark worked in our interest, quick and eager to respond, always on the job site available to deal with any question we had. It came in on budget, within 6 weeks. Great experience!

Mark was the Contractor for a major remodel of my home including Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room and Dining Room. All rooms including the Fireplace were demo'd/removed to prepare for new construction. Our job ran on time and on budget for one reason...Mark Redding. Communication was excellent on a daily basis. Each morning Mark would be at our home to discuss any issues, provide solutions and apprise us of exactly what work would take place that day. Our Remodel results were beyond expectation in terms of quality and workmanship! I highly recommend Mark (Rosewood Development) to anyone. Mark is a true professional in all areas of his craft! In addition to the remodel, I had some wall/water damage in a Rental Property and never hesitated to call Mark. Once again, Mark came through with the expertise and quality of work ethic as he did with my home remodel. My tenants raved about how clean and efficient the job went. Again, on time and on budget.

I hired Rosewood Development to construct an outdoor cabana, with wet full bar, kitchen and heating components. Mark Redding was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. His estimates were accurate, and the only changes to the project fee were the result of changes initiated by me. Mark hired extremely competent subcontractors, and was on the job site every step of the way. The finished product absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Mark for any construction project.
