When we started the undertaking of remodeling two very outdated bathrooms - we're talking oak wood cabinets with the molded resin counter, complete with a scallop seashell sink - we started by answering a few online questions. As you might imagine, the phone started ringing non-stop. After agreeing to meet with four companies for bids, we felt we were in a good position to find one, with which to partner. Then the phone rang... again. I politely told the gentleman I already had four companies coming in for estimates and thanked him for calling. His response was, "When is the first appointment?" When I told him we were starting Monday, he said, "Great! I'll be there Sunday!" And that was the start of the best renovation project we've ever been a part of. Their estimate was fair, they are passionate about delivering excellent quality, and they delivered well beyond our ability to imagine the transformation that was possible for our bathrooms. Each of their teams are highly skilled in their respective areas. It was a give and take experience. We'd ask questions, they'd give answers. They'd ask questions, we'd give answers. Very collaborative throughout the process of tearing down walls, reconfiguring layouts and finding just that right look for each of our bathrooms. And if I'm being honest, we got more than what we paid for. Without hesitation we would hire Moris and Shai of Sapir Construction for any other home projects. Extremely timely and responsive company. Zaher, who either did or supervised most of the work, was methodical, helpful, and patient with all our questions. Alisa, who acted as our point person for all steps of the project, was unbelievably accessible, always there to answer questions, problem-solve, and keep the project moving.

Sapir Construction did a excellent job on our remodel. They listened to our needs, They were in constant communication throughout the entire process (9 weeks to be exact). It was pretty big job. They removed walls to make our entire kitchen/dining room/living room open concept. They replaced all the walls in this area (and ceiling) from plaster to drywall. They replaced all electrical, new floors, a most importantly, a brand new kitchen. They also replaced our plumbing clean out from the house to the street. Overall, they helped us to create a beautiful kitchen and living space, along with correcting our very old plumbing. If we wanted to make changes in the middle they were great at working with us. They were polite and always kept an attitude of excitement as we experienced this adventure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism.

Sapir Construction is an impressive, 5-Star company with dedicated and caring professionals . I highly recommend this company to those considering home improvements. I worked with Moris, the principal, who is honest and compassionate, Zaher was on hand to lend exceptional skills for electrical and plumbing, and I loved his team of precise painters. Not many painters pay attention to details, but this team did! Moris never "nickle and dimed" me for unexpected expenses that were NOT included in the original quote. So refreshing to deal with someone who was more concerned about producing quality work than squeezing additional money from unprepared homeowners like me. It was a pleasure to work with Sapir's Office Administrator, Alisa, who responded quickly whenever there were questions- be it night or day, or weekend, she was always friendly, available and responsive. I had heard horror stories about renovations, but thanks to Sapir's crack team - all went smoothly. I'm very happy with my remodeled kitchen and bath and highly recommend this Team to others.

This is the second time I have used Sapir Construction and I will continue using them for every project I ever have! Moris has become much more than just a contractor he is definitely a family friend. He cares about all of the work that is going on at all of his jobs and constantly stayed in contact with me if there was anything going on I needed to know about. He only works with good trustworthy people and I was able to leave my house to go to work and trust it would be locked up at the end of the day (we hadn't moved in yet). This project (install hardwood floors and paint an entire 3,100 sqft house) had an incredibly tight time frame (18 days) because my wife was due with our 2nd child and we needed to be in by the 25th. Even though I was a little skeptical, Moris said he could get the job done and he sure did. Honestly, give Moris a call if you are thinking about doing anything, he truly cares about doing a great job for you and his prices are very fair. Eventually, I will be remodeling my town home for a rental property and Moris will be my first call! Thank you so much for all your hard work and loyalty my friend!

Sapir Construction is a gem in an industry teeming with crooks. Moris was patient, competent, and trustworthy. He made sure I was happy with the finished product (new roof and fascia boards). I didn't have any unwanted surprises and I am very pleased with the whole process.
