We were recently acquainted with Marc and Kelly Molak of Soledad Builders. They brought us on board for a custom motorized insect screen at one of their custom-built homes. They are such nice people and a real pleasure to work with. The same goes for their subcontractors on the project which is a good reflection of how they do business. Along with their meticulous attention to detail, they had really cool ideas and creative use of materials to integrate our practical shade system into their masterpiece design.

Soledad built our home in 2005. We experienced a major flood Halloween 2013 and the Soledad did the renovation. I wouldn't use anyone else. Competent, professional and finished project on time.

We used Soledad to perform a major remodel of our home in 2011. The grand scope of our project meant that we were in for a six month ordeal. Marc was extremely proficient in managing the project from start to finish and ensured that the project finished by the non-negotiable deadline of when we had to be out of our rental. He handled unique problems with creative and effective ideas all the while keeping us informed of the progress. In doing so, he maintained a cool and calming presence lowering the stress associated with such a large project. Kelly was very professional and provided tremendous guidance with the endless number of decisions required during the process. She helped us stay on budget and was great at finding reasonably priced alternatives. Now that our remodel is complete, we regularly receive compliments from neighbors, friends, and even passersby. We attribute all of these accolades to Soledad.

Soledad Builders built my home in 2010 and my wife and could not be happier with the level of quality that our home was constructed. Marc has a "can do" attitude with meeting our budget; he handles his subs with integrity and fairness. Start to finish our job-site was clean and orderly. Our home is the envy of the neighborhood; everyone is complementary to the look and quality of our home. We are so proud of our new home.

Marc and Kelly of Soledad Builders recently completed building my new house. It was started in late August 2010 and I moved in January 2011. The house was completed within budget, except for items/changes that I requested. Marc and his sub-contractors were competent, agreeable, efficient and very easy to work with. All sub-contractors came when expected. Kelly and Marc work closely together. Kelly made sure all fittings and fixtures were available when needed. Her encyclopedic knowledge of what was available in Austin and online, were extremely helpful - especially for a newcomer to Austin. Kelly's ability to visualize the finished product was particularly valuable and kept me on track with my choices. Her local contacts helped immeasurably with items/areas which were not specified on the original plans. I have no hesitation in recommending Soledad Builders to anyone who is contemplating building a houses.
