We had an excellent experience working with Leo and the team. Leo was great at explaining everything that we needed to get done, and gave us great options to consider when moving forward with the work we needed. We had a lot of structural work that needed to get done, as well as painting and cosmetic work. Leo has expert teams that were all very respectful, worked hard, and we're friendly. The end result of everything done is nothing short of amazing. I am very impressed by how professional everything was done, and how it all looks now. Leo and the team will get the job done, no matter how big or small. I am confident that they are the best around, and am so glad I found a team that our family can rely on! As first-time home buyers, we had a great experience working with Solidworks to renovate our new house. From the beginning, we appreciated Leo’s willingness to listen to our vision and provide his own point of view on what would make the project successful. We were able to scale the project to achieve our goals within the budget we had set, and also worked with his design partner Julia to visualize the end result. We also appreciated Julia’s help recommending and sourcing some of the finishes for the project. In the end, we decided to redo our kitchen, two bathrooms, a new floor, and paint the interior of the house. Throughout the course of the project, Leo and Julia were fairly proactive in their communication and also flexible working around our schedules for walk throughs and checks ins. This was appreciated as my wife and I both work and we were living about 45 mins away while the project was completed. Leo was on site frequently to direct his subcontractors and ensure high quality work. The end result is beautiful and looks just like we envisioned. And after a few months in the house, we’re very happy with the build quality and have not had any major issues. In fact, the attention to detail of some of his crew, particularly Jose, exceeded our own and really had them going the extra mile to make things perfect. Leo told us from the beginning that he is not the cheapest, but that he would not “nickel and dime” us on change orders, and he was true to that word. The budget expanded a bit, but only because we added on work like adding the new floors. If we have one complaint, it’s that we felt there were some delays early in the project getting certain trades to keep the project moving, but I attribute that, at least in part, to the high volume of home improvement work being done in the area throughout 2021. To his credit, Leo really moved mountains to complete the finishes quickly at the end of the project, knowing that we had just had our second child and were anxious to move in and get settled. All in all, the renovation was definitely worth the money and the wait, and we’ll be happy to work with Leo and Solidworks on our next project!

Leo saved us from a bathroom remodel gone awry (with another contractor) and is doing a backyard remodel and pool installation for us. We cannot recommend Solidworks highly enough. Leo is an absolute gentleman, always communicative and available for his clients. His workers are some of the best I have seen, they do quality work and are willing to put in extra hours to meet a deadline rather than simply heading home at 4 and calling it a day. His pricing is competitive, especially given the quality of the finished work. If you need contracting services in southern California, look no further.

Last summer, i took on the daunting task of completely remodeling my house and deck. I knew it would be a huge undertaking so i wanted to make sure i hired the right contractor and the right team for the job, so when i read Solidworks' reviews i knew i could trust them to take this on-- and they did not disappoint! From the initial consultation, Leo walked me through the entire process step by step and remained involved with every aspect of the project and every detail along the way. I had a vision for the overall design that I shared with Leo and we were instantly able to get on the same page in terms of style. Solidworks replaced the existing outdoor deck with Ipe wood for a modern, durable look that turned out amazing. Inside, the interior renovations consisted of a full kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and replacement of the old hardwood floors with ceramic tile throughout the house. The 90s kitchen was very dated and closed off, so they re-envisioned it drastically by opening it up completely; removing walls and reinforcing the support to create a whole new space! Leo was very knowledgeable about all the materials involved and made the selection / shopping process for all the materials and fixtures on my end very enjoyable as he guided me through it personally. He delivered 1 on 1 trips to various showrooms to pick out everything I needed and was always available 24/7 on his phone to answer questions or share ideas back and forth with me. For the countertops, he recommended porcelain slabs vs the usual marble or stone that I had in mind and i'm definitely glad i went with that option instead-- the final product looks great and is super low maintenance since it isn't porous or prone to staining like natural stone. For the kitchen cabinets, we went with a custom white oak design (with concealed appliances) that looks beautiful with the counters, the black subway tile backsplash, and all of the matching fixtures Leo helped pick out to ensure the overall style throughout the house would be consistent, down to the smallest details. Renovations in the bathroom consisted of completely gutting the existing situation and re-configuring the layout for space and efficiency optimization, including putting in a wall mounted toilet and a rain shower and with a custom built, floating white oak vanity. They replaced the old moldy wood under the existing flooring and then waterproofed the new floorboards to prevent any water damage in the future before covering the bathroom walls and floor in porcelain tiles. I love the new design and they even added a built-in shampoo niche with LED lighting that accentuates the clean, modern look. Overall, I definitely recommend Solidworks Remodeling to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust to design and execute a project from A-Z. Leo has a great eye for design and attention to detail, and his personal involvement throughout the process is really an awesome plus that guarantees your project will turn out great!

From the masonry experts, stucco workers, electricians, and woodwork artists... All came together to create the outdoor living space that we always dreamed of having. We are at the tail end of a substantial backyard renovation (pool, pavers, outdoor kitchen, etc.) and have been working with Leo and his company SolidWorks Remolding. They have been a pleasure to work with. Throughout the project they have been very transparent about timing, cost and working through any issues that come up (which will always happen with constructions). Leo is also incredibly accessible. He’s quick to answer to phone and ALWAYS returns calls the same day. Beyond the amazing work they do, knowing that you’re working with someone like Leo that can be trusted to do what he says he’s going to do is very important. Overall, I would highly recommend Leo and his company for any renovation work. Their pricing is very fair/reasonable and you can tell Leo really cares about delivering a perfect final product.

Renovations are horrifying. Huge sums of money, asymmetric information and a lot of bad actors. My wife and I had been looking into doing a large backyard renovation for a while (40+ foot pool, outdoor kitchen, putting green, landscaping, the works). It was going to be a huge job and the more contractors I spoke to, the less enthused i was to do it. I found most contractors were on two extremes: either the job simply wasn't big enough for them to care or the job was bigger than anything they had done before. in either case, far less than ideal. At the point where I was about to throw in the towel and accept that my backyard would probably just continue to be a space for me to chip golf balls on occasion, I found Leo and his company Solidwords Remodeling online. Leo was very responsive and came over to my house to discuss the job. Beyond the fact that Leo is just a nice person, he's a trustworthy businessman. He offered to do a full 3D rendering of our backyard (something most other contractors had not offered or would do for a price) and came back a few days later to discuss with my wife and me. We hired Leo and are extremely satisfied with his work. We are about 1 week away from finishing our project and everything looks amazing. Through the whole process, Leo has been very accessible (usually responding to any text I send him with a phone call back within 5 minutes), kept us updated on the process and really made it a low hassle for us. His pricing is fair and very transparent. You can tell Leo takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to do right by the people he works with. Part of that is charging a fair price that allows the work to be done correctly and everyone to walk away happy. Also, his company is big enough that they can handle any size job but are not taking on so many projects that you can't reach them. Leo is a great contractor, a reliable person and someone that I really trust.

I hired Solidworks for remodel and design of my living room and kitchen area. I wanted to create a uniqe wine bar that will be build between the living room to the kitchen and will go all the way to my high ceiling. Leo the contractor and his design team did an amazing work from creating all from 3D sketch to the final result of custom made wine bar and rack. I am really happy with the result!

Solidworks did a great job on some remodeling projects in my house, kitchen bathroom and part of my backyard. I'm pleased with their service and quality of work. All Solidworks crew ,office manager the designer and the project manager were very efficient and helpful.

I hired this company to fix my concrete driveway and build a block wall on the front of the house and cover it with smooth finish stucco. The concrete was in a bad shape, with cracks all over. They demolished the old concrete quickly and pour a new one. I understood how professional they are, when the project manager insisted on waiting extra few days, so the concrete will be solid and that lead to a beautiful new concrete driveway, I also love my new block wall that provides me the privacy atmosphere I wanted.
