My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Springer Design-Build is a General Contracting and Project Management company operating out of Toronto and the GTA. We specialize in projects including Home Additions, New Home Construction, and Complete Home Renovations (including but not limited to, bathrooms, kitchens and basements). We have a team in place that can take any project from the design to the build phase, providing a turn key solution for all of our projects.

Springer Design Build was excellent. He came to my home to repair my laundry room after a leak. He came on time and removed the debris and fixed the problem. He was very clean and we were very happy!

I am happy with the service provided by Springer Design-Build. Strong wind ripped out some shingles on the roof of my house and I need it fixed asap. They came on time and fixed the problem in a professional manner at the agreed price. I appreciate their working outside the regular working hours due to my concern for the problem. I was also given very good advice regarding the condition of my roof and what to look for when it is time to replace the whole roof.
