We hired Strohmaier Construction for our whole home remodel and are so pleased with the results! They are true professionals that stuck with us through a project that we expanded substantially after they started work. The entire Strohmaier team provided valuable guidance on construction and design, and quickly remedied any issues that arose in the process. In addition to being great to work with themselves, they also introduced us to a number of other awesome local businesses that we continue to use today. We highly recommend them!

Strohmaier Construction remodeled our kitchen and basement in our family's 1940 South Hill home. The Strohmaiers were highly recommended by our neighbors, who had some work done on their basement. When Kyle came to our house to discuss the work we wanted done, he was organized, professional, and had good design ideas for the project. I could also tell right away that Kyle was honest, hard working, and would be a good partner to work with through a major remodel. Raena Strohmaier also added great design ideas for the project. We hired Strohmaier Construction because they were customer service oriented and would work with us along the way to make sure everything went smoothly. The entire project lasted about seven months, with a month break between the kitchen and basement work. The basement included work on a laundry room and bathroom. The Strohmaier's crew was professional, responsive, and diligent in their work. The subcontractors were also efficient and friendly. Superintendent Joseph was in constant communication with us to answer questions and help us make selections. When we had questions for Kyle or Raena they were always quick to call back or come to the house if needed. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. We had a budget and Strohmaier did a great job keeping the whole project within budget and on time. What really sets Stohmaier apart is their follow up. Even after the last check was written, they still helped fix minor things months later that needed attention. This type of customer service goes above and beyond what most other contractors do. We are now enjoying a modern kitchen and finished basement thanks to Strohmaier Construction! I look forward to hiring them for our next project.

Strohmaier is an excellent company to work with. I hired them to remodel my main bathroom and the experience was very positive. Everyone that I dealt with, from the electrician and plumber to the owners and project manager, were always very professional. The owner, Raena, and the project manager met with me initially to discuss the details of the project and the timeline. After that, I was periodically sent photos of items to purchase for the project: bathtubs to choose from, sinks, mirrors, etc. I was able to make all of those purchases from my phone which was less stressful than having to drive around. The only item that I wanted to see in person was the tile. I will definitely use them again for other remodel projects. My bathroom looks beautiful!

We worked with Kyle & Raena to remodel our 1980's kitchen in our home on the South Hill. They immediately understood our style and were very helpful in narrowing down our options when making selections such as backsplash, countertops, and cabinet hardware. They communicated with us every step of the way, and were always responsive when we had questions or needed advice. We also loved getting to know their employees and subcontractors - everyone was so nice and they all did great work. We hired Strohmaier Construction for a major remodel of our 1903 home and they did a beautiful job. They completely demo'd our second floor and rebuilt it, giving aus a lot more usable space in our home. They were wonderful to work with- always professional and took care of any issues that came up. We are Very happy with our kitchen remodel. They helped us with choosing specific colors, products and overall project design that would be best for our home and lifestyle. We hired Strohmaier Const. to do a remodel on our living room / kitchen. The job consisted of removing entire roof and raising the existing walls to a higher level then adding new roof trusses and roofing. They replaced the windows with larger ones and added a new kitchen island and back splash. The work was done professionaly on time and within budget. The job went well and I highly recommend Strohmaier Construction

I found Strohmaier Construction by researching online and saw that they had nothing but good reviews. I had three different contractors come out to give me bids. Kyle and Joe immediately impressed me with their knowledge, professionalism, and flexibility. They gave me a very detailed and accurate bid on all work needed to be done. Kyle was always available for questions or concerns throughout the whole project. His crew was very professional and hard working guys. I have hired a lot of contractors in the past and they have crew members i didn't trust being at my house. With Kyle's crew i knew i could trust them at all times and they completed some work while i was out of town without issue. They raised my living room floor up, framed in a new stone fireplace with built ins, mud/taped large area, installed flooring, and installed interior doors. Overall i was very pleased with the work i had done and would recommend them to anyone. In fact any work i have down the road i will be calling him again and also plan to use him in the next 5 years when we have a house built.

My wife and I had the great pleasure of retaining Strohmaier Construction to remodel our home on South Hill in Spokane, WA late in the 2nd Quarter of 2016. We'd gone through a competitive bidding process with several contractors and landed on Strohmaier immediately after sitting down with Kyle Strohmaier to review his submittal. All of the bids were competitive but what stood out to us was Kyle - he was very clearly a man who says what he means and means what he says and was driven by high standards. We struck a handshake deal right away (of course followed by a written agreement). A welcome component was that Kyle was very helpful in suggesting alternative products that drove down costs and in some cases improved quality! We started out with a grand kitchen remodel and flooring replacement throughout the home - we ended up touching everything in the home except the master bath (which we will talk with Kyle about this year). We ended up doing the kitchen, all new windows, flooring throughout, all new light fixtures, a new guest bath, new doors and trim everywhere, new closet doors and trim, new baseboards and interior paint. Kyle proved to be exactly what we'd perceived at start - an honest, goal oriented perfectionist who simply did what he said he was going to do. He brought in a great team (whom I should add adjusted to and worked fantastically with us and our three dogs). We were very impressed by all of his team members but Scooter and "little" Kyle really stood out! Just great people! Kyle's work standards are outstanding - the few times that came up where I wanted something improved, he'd already identified and was making sure it was being taken care of. Another aspect which was welcomed is they stayed on the job - week after week until the work was done. When they used subs, they brought in folks with same high standards. In a nutshell, Strohmaier Construction did a great job and I highly recommend them! My business is design and construction so I know great professionals when I see them. They certainly will be our go to contractor in the future!

Strohmaier Construction surpassed our expectations. Our kitchen remodel was due to a Home Insurance Claim and Kyle was the perfect liaison between the insurance company and myself. His team is professional, detail orientated, and communicative. Kyle and his crew did a terrific remodeling our kitchen and living room! Our kitchen looked very similar to when the house was built in 1981, and now it could be in a magazine lay out. They scraped the awful popcorn ceiling from the kitchen and living room did quite a bit of patching. The ceiling now has a great texture and fresh paint. Kyle has a great eye for design and sweats the details. His crew and all subcontractors are all first rate. Can't recommend him enough - just don't book him when we're ready for our next project!

It was so easy to work with Strohmaier construction on a total remodel of my home. Kyle was very patient with my ideas, was able to see my vision and bring it to reality. He and his crew enclosed a carport, transforming it into an amazing kitchen, added a bath, remodeled an existing bath, put in new electrical, floors and windows. Not only did he do what was planned, within the estimated time line, but was so helpful in picking out finishes and made this such an easy process. I appreciate the quality of workmanship, and the attention to detail that was put forth on this project. This company is very professional and did excellent high quality work. They were very upfront with their bid. The bid that was quoted to me was the actual bid and their were no surprises or added costs. They were also very flexible with changes that I requested along the way. Great company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a remodel project.

Kyle Strohmaier and his delightful crew totally redid my kitchen by adding new flooring, cupboards, countertops, and appliances. We redid electrical and plumbing and added a new backdoor, garage door and retiled the shower tub area, replaced the bathroom sink and tiled around the sink and counter. There work was excellent. Kyle listened to me and made sure that things were done in a professional manner. I could not be happier with the way my kitchen and bathroom look and the quality of the work done.
