I looked at a number of roofers and contractors and after receiving many estimates and speaking with many roofers, I chose Nathan for the job. His price was reasonable and competitive and his reviews spoke for themselves. I’m so thankful I chose him. Summit Remodeling, and in particular Nathan is the best!!!! Nathan is incredibly responsive. I called him about a roof leak and he was out the next day to take a look and his crew was out the following day to complete the work. I couldn’t believe they were able to complete the work on such short notice during the latest rains, and his pricing was fair. I have also engaged Summit to fully remodel my kitchen and Nathan and his team’s responsiveness, decency and all around awesomeness have been fully evident on my project. Picking a contractor is a daunting task since there are so many terrible ones, but I feel like I am in good hands with Summit and Nathan.

I shopped around and ended going with Summit Remodeling. Firstly I have to say they were always on top of everything and super communicative. Their pricing was much more competitive than the others and we hadn't had a single change order which we weren’t expecting. So far they have finished my kitchen, bathroom and roof. I’m super happy with how everything turned out and I’m already looking forward to doing my ADU with them. We’re actually already working on the plans now! Had a Roof and HVAC replaced at a house in Rosemead/S San Gabriel. Cost estimate was in line with other estimates. What made me choose Summit over them was Nathan was very clear and upfront about costs and breakdown of work (including what to look out for for extra costs). Also, Talking to him about what I want to do with the property he was very helpful with recommendations and options, even if it wasnt part of the inital work. Overall the work took 1.5 weeks to get everything done and inspected.

Just had our roof done and had a great experience. Met with Nathan on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday a team was getting the job done. Everything was so smooth and the job was completed with great workmanship. Will definitely be going with them again when we do our extension.
