I hired Peder Sunde as the general contractor for our house on Whidbey Island and was extremely pleased with his foresight and professionalism. Prior to the starting the work he provided us with several options for us to consider to help value engineer the budget and was a creative problem solver. The project was on time and budget and Peder’s provide project updates on a regular basis. All and all we were very pleased with Peder and his team helping us create our dream home on Whidbey Island. Peder Sunde and his crew are the one of the most capable general contracting crews that I have worked with. They are extremely experienced, can roll well with changes, are sensitive to the homeowners needs and can laugh at stuff!- I really enjoyed the process of designing and troubleshooting the construction of the lovely home we worked on together. He will have the long term respect of these homeowners- which is not easy to accomplish as a contractor.
