My wife and I had Derek at Surfside Developers rebuild the front (street) face of our house. The tired looking cedar planking was replaced with a synthetic stone dry stacked up to about 3 feet at the front door and then placed stucco to match the rest of the house on the rest of the house's front. We installed a new garage door and have a front door on order. The stone mason took a little longer than expected but the developer kept my wife and I informed all along the way.. There was one snag along the way. The existing front decking covered up a good portion of the bottom plate where water-proofing drip flashing needed to go. We were able to arrive at a solution that gave us the water-proofing we wanted with a minimum of intrusion onto the deck.We felt that Surfside always wanted us to get the new facade that we wanted and worked with us and our design to accomplish this feat. We wholeheartedly recommend Surfside Developers Inc.

Our experience with Surfside Developers and the owner, Derek Wattenbarger, have been outstanding! They listened intently into our vision of what we wanted the remodel to accomplish and faithfully carried out the plan. And just as important, they provided great insight and advice to improve the execution of our plan when they saw opportunities to do so, as well as cautioning us when some of our original ideas were not economically feasible or may have contained an unforeseen downside. Highlights were our master and guest baths. From the granite and tile work, down to the mosaic back splash, accents and shower inserts, and the energy efficient fixtures, all were expertly and artistically designed and implemented to help transform our old and drab rooms and transformed them into bright modern Beachy looks much more suiting for the coastal home. All through the process, Derek was completely straightforward, transparent, and respectful. Communication was terrific. All calls, emails, texts, etc. were returned promptly. He even introduced us to all of the various sub-contractors so that we had an opportunity to establish a relationship with them and communicate the details to the next level. Finally, and most importantly, the quality of the finished work was great, delivered on time, and within our overall budget. We highly recommend Surfside Developers!
