Sub contractors and customers beware. Late payments to sub trades, Asks for fast and cheap work. This company is operated by intuition but not according to building codes. The General Contractor is fast to pass on the blame for their mistakes and demanding unreasonable solutions right away. Half the time doesn't know what he is doing at all. Rarely on site. Very mickey mouse. Stay away by all means.

I really wanted to renovate my home and was overwhelmed with the choices for paints (colours and feature walls), ceiling lights (design), new flooring (material) and a few other tweaks. With a bucket list of ideas and Covid-19 in the foreground, I was naturally apprehensive about the ability to do this project at all. Mao at Synthesis took the time to listen and gave expert recommendations based on my wants and needs, and executed on the project extremely well. Equally impressive was the constant communication throughout the process. I was extremely happy with the end result and the execution of the work. Mao followed up with me several times after the renovations to ensure I was happy with the work which truly shows that he cares about his clients and stands behind his work.
