The Original Creative Spaces

4 bdrm house was built in the late 60's. Original owners removed a wall converting 4 into 3 bedrooms but it left the master bedroom feeling and looking awkward. Roy was extremely helpful with ideas for expanding the bathroom and reallocating space to better suit both the bathroom and master bedroom. The bathroom was gutted, the master bedroom had a closet removed, doors reassigned and we added hardwood flooring to the entire upper level. Roy informed and showed us any work that needed to be done that had surfaced along the way. We would approach him along the renovations with different ideas or things we'd like to add and he was fine with adding them but he was also very good at reminding us of our budget. The people he brought in were professional, had a great sense of humor and were pleasant to deal with. By the end, everything came in as expected with the budget. The upstairs looks awesome and we couldn't be happier. We've been handing out Creative spaces cards wherever we go. After all the horror stories we've heard about people being taken advantage of, it was refreshing dealing with Creative Spaces. There are too many con artists out there and a home renovation isn't something to be taken lightly. We had a lot of estimates from other contractors that ranged from anywhere from $15,000 right up to $50,000. Roy came in right in the middle but his work is top end. We'll be bringing him back to do our kitchen next :)

Excellent work from this team. Great attention to detail at an affordable rate. Top notch craftsmanship all the way. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
