My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Timberline built a 20' x 20' adition to our older home. They also did some "extra" work which included sky lights, patio, upgrading master bath, etc. They were great to work with, on time, and professional.

Timberline completed a living room addition, new patio and screen porch and two entry porch additions for us. They were great to work with, straightforward in their dealings with us and willing to make changes we felt necessary. We would hire them again.

Commented: Is this an awning over the deck? Is it permanent or retractable?The awning is indeed retractable. Many companies offer an alternative for a permanent roof. This one is from Sunsetter.
