We had our extensive home renovation done with TIPEQ and they did an outstanding job in bringing our vision to life! The team is professional and stands behind their work 100%. Sasha is such a personable individual who truly cares about the quality of his projects. He treated our home as it was his own and cares about our budget more than we did! When we wanted to start the renovation, we talked with many highly ranked companies. What set TIPEQ apart during that time was Sasha's honesty. He didn't try to sell us things that we don't care about (such as excessive millworks!). More importantly, he was up front with us about the problems that might occur. For instance, we wanted to open up our leaving area by removing a wall. Every contractor that came before him tried to persuade us not to do this by giving us various reasons that didn't make any sense, for instance one suggested that this is not a good idea because in their opinion we might loose our privacy. When Sasha came to inspect the place, he told us right off the bat that the beam needed for the new opening is not a standard beam and so it might not be a straight forward process. But he said he is up for the challenge *and* he pulled it off GREAT! During the process, Sasha worked with us, communicated through every stage and updated us every one to two weeks. As it is a realistic part of the process, some unforeseen things came up during the renovation. Every time, Sasha stood beside us, gave us options and explained the problems, which helped us making informed decisions. Of course, TIPEQ is not the cheapest option out there, but you truly get what you pay for! They have finished our project on budget, and explained every dollar spent during their regular updates. This team gave us our absolute dream home. Sasha is an honest, stand up business owner whose firm is really about TIPEQ (Trust-Integrity-Passion-Efficiency-Quality). We would definitely recommend TIPEQ to anyone renovating who is looking for a great team, quality work and the utmost professionalism.

Overall, we were very pleased with Sasha and TIPEQ. The workmanship was excellent, and the total cost was on budget. Before the project started, we had a number of meetings with Sasha - his knowledge and enthusiasm made us feel comfortable in choosing TIPEQ. During the reno, he was always available to answer our questions - he was very patient with our numerous inquiries, which was greatly appreciated. Although the reno took longer than planned, we felt that no corners were cut. Post-reno, he is also still very responsive... we highly recommend TIPEQ!

TIPEQ stands for Trust Integrity Passion Efficiency Quality and you can see and feel their mandate with everything they do: from the first quote you will get to the last little crack in the drywall which will be fixed even if you don't mention it. I worked with TIPEQ on my last project, a complete makeover and major rebuild of a Leslieville semidetached home which also included a second story addition. TIPEQ completed the project with all necessary trades and materials in a very tight timeline. Even though they had to deal with tremendously bad weather and unforeseen structural difficulties they were able to rely on their in-house experience and well-practised team of trades to finish the project on time and in budget. All their work was done with passion and perfection and if there was something not done to satisfy the high degree of perfection Sasha, the owner, expects from his trades, it was fixed immediately. I can highly recommend TIPEQ and will definitely work with them on future projects.

Ever heard of a contractor that completed a project on time and on budget? Neither had I, until i met Sasha and Tipeq Inc. I hired them to gut my kitchen and prepare it for cabinet install. He also finished my basement, adding another room and a foyer. Him and his crew were there everyday (even though my house is in Oshawa and they are located in north Toronto) at sunup and stayed till after sundown. They are all very knowledgeable and answered my questions very professionally, explaining it all in layman terms. He was always reachable and returned unanswered calls within the same day. He was extremely forthright and walked me through every step of the project, updating me frequently; this allowed me to feel more relaxed and focus on the other aspects of moving to a new house and city because I was never worried about the renovation. Thank you Sasha for making my life easier and stress free.

I was truly blown away with the service, quality and workmanship that was provided by the TIPEQ team. The vision I had in my head went onto paper transferred to reality. Cannot thank them enough for their hard work during my renovation . I have heard renovation nightmare stories. Im happy to report not this one.

Been working with the guys at TIPEQ for over four years and I'm simply impressed with the consistency. Every project is a success big or small. Sasha and the guys are always on time, always clean and always smooth. Doesn't matter how complex the project, with TIPEQ on site it will always turn into a success. Hope to do more work in the the near future.

Contracted Sasha from Tipeq as a part of a whole main floor renovation and Kitchen. What we did: replaced tile floor with raw wood, sand existing wood and stain it all. Elongated wood-style tiles in kitchen. Open 2 walls, one load bearing that needed a beam. New powder room. As well as all work that needed to be done for the kitchen (tear down, relocating some vents and heating, he even took care of plumbing and installed the island hood). Bottom line, the results are 110%, just near perfect. But, that's not why he got 5 stars in my book. Sasha and his guys were a real pleasure to work with. Very respectful of my house and minimizing damage to other areas, on time and on schedule, but most of all - very receptive to my concerns and (some times odd) request. I didn't make it easy on them - moved the location of the hood 3 times after vent and everything was done - not a single word of complaint. Last minute TV wall mount - not a word. My every comment or request got handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Naturally, I was very concerned about guys doing half jobs and just abandoning me in the middle, I've had guys who did things the way they wanted to and when I didn't like the result they either took off or asked for (much) more money. None of that here. We had a clear schedule with payments and work progress. Every week we see the progress match the date, and payment is given. For the load bearing wall - structural change, Sasha insisted we get a permit. I was reluctant at first but it wasn't a lot of trouble and was well worth it! My electrician thought he could get away without a permit, 2 days after the work begun we got a letter from ESA wanting to come for inspection threatening with fines and halt the work. That would have been a nightmare! Lucky we got the latter before job was done so the inspector came and signed off on it. I can't imagine if structural inspection would come without a permit - it would have been a total nightmare. So - definitely get permits for everything Sasha tells you! Very professional guy, I will definitely use him on my other 2 projects, just need to save up first.
