We purchased a 1947 house with the intention of only remodeling the master suite. After working with the team at TNT, we felt so comfortable with their work that we decided to do a complete remodel. Among the highlights was TNT's suggestion and flawless execution in removing a large fireplace and transforming the area into a gorgeous dining room. Also, they turned a tired looking cramped kitchen into a bright open focal point with a spectacular huge window looking out onto the garden. Lastly, and most impressively was their removal of 20 tons of soil from the front of the house to make room for an absolutely stunning paver driveway that the neighbors complement us on frequently. Tommy, the owner, is very detailed oriented and capable of correcting issues on the fly. Their crew is very professional, always the same people at the site, six days a week and always on time. Very responsible and reliable. Teresa, Tommy's wife and co-partner takes care of the bookkeeping and has a very detail-oriented spread sheet and billing process. Furthermore, TNT's recommendations for project designer (Kym Rodger) and landscaper (Creative Landscape) were outstanding. All this great work, by real professionals took 9 months, amazing!

Tommy, Teresa, and Erik from TNT were hired to build a driveway and add a fence around the perimeter of my house. Initially, when bidding for the home, they provided the most detailed bid I had ever seen. They actually do incredible work up front to get the deal. After winning the bid, Erik worked as my PM and did a phenomenal job in ensuring a smooth process for completing the work. He is an excellent communicator and ensured that the job was meeting or exceeding my expectations. He is probably the best PM I've ever worked with. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Very high quality and no cutting corners. Our neighbors continue to walk by and tell us how amazing our front yard looks. It's extremely gratifying. We HIGHLY recommend TNT!

We recently purchased a Buff and Hensman architectural home and I'm so glad we chose TNT Simmonds to help us bring this house back to life. They fully repainted the interior, which required painstaking detail because of the architectural elements inside the house. They also completely remodeled my husband's office, which had to be taken down to the studs and dirt foundation. Both the paint and the office look amazing! Erik Smith was our project manager and he did a fantastic job making sure every detail was addressed and that we were absolutely satisfied with the work. All of the teams, supervised by Erik, were top-notch professionals. They treated our home with respect and all work areas were left spotless at the end of each work day. TNT Simmonds did such a wonderful job that we are hiring them to do a major landscaping project on the property.

Jeremy, the project manager from TNT was fantastic..he was so nice and helped us with the practical details of our garage remodel and came back numerous times to help us sort out all of the details relating to the conversion of the room from a garage to a playroom.

We are working with TNT on an exterior remodel project that involves tricky permitting issues.TNT provided a comprehensive, well-researched and detailed estimate so our clients could understand not only the costs involved, but also the permitting and zoning variance process. In reviewing the estimate with our clients, they took the time to explain the options, and worked with our clients to bring the overall cost down. We hired TNT Building Corporation to redo the inside of our house after a fire. The company is run by a husband and wife, both of whom are pros at their jobs. Tommy Noroian has a smart, creative eye, and he has high standards for the work his crews complete. His wife, Teresa, who handles all of the billing and paperwork, is responsive in dealing with questions about contracts, change orders and money. We found the Noroians to be honest and reliable. They delivered what they said they would on time. We would gladly hire them again, and we highly recommend them.

TNT did a fantastic job on our exterior remodel. Specifically, we replaced all of our exterior siding, painted the entire exterior, replaced gutters, repaired dry rot and termite damage. TNT was thoroughly professional, respectful of our neighbors, on budget and on time. I would recommend them highly, having previously had bad experiences with cheaper contractors.

I live in a canyon home that was built over twenty years ago. We started renovations last year with a different contractor. This year we hired TNT, in doing so, the entire experience has been beyond our expectations. TNT is the real deal. Last year our contractor would show up with a different crew daily (maybe two or three guys)...and sometimes DAYS would go by where no one showed up to the site AT ALL. With TNT this was not the case. TNT comes to the project with innovative ideas, and the means to bring those ideas to fruition. I was very happy when we learned that we would have our own project manager, as well as an on-site foreman. Both are readily available, knowledgable and pleasure to work with, and lead a crew that are skilled and considerate of us and our home, as we are living in the house while it's under construction. Tommy Noroian is the TNT owner, who we have also been given the pleasure to get to know over the time of our construction, as he visits the site regularly. With the amount of attention and sound direction we've received, my husband and I agree that both Tommy and his wife Teresa (who runs the administrative side of TNT) have treated our job site (and each dollar that we've applied to it) as if it were their own investment. We couldn't feel better about our choice to work with them. Here's a bit of what we covered over the past 90 days with TNT.. our pool and the entire pool deck have been redesigned with the addition of a lanai. We've installed folding glass sliding doors to enhance our canyon view off of our living room, and redesigned our main entryway. Since the house was built in the 80s, there are erosion issues as well as leaks and water damage, which TNT has skillfully repaired and resolved. We see this experience as the beginning of a great relationship. TNT has brought the element of trust into the arena of construction and renovation for us. We are thrilled to have found TNT, and look forward to phase two next year...chef's kitchen, guest room w/ guest bath and that dream master closet.

TNT reformed our kitchen and they did an outstanding job. The quality of work was excellent and the workers were fast, very professional and very understanding. They also finished the job before schedule and under the estimate! They had a few ideas of how to save money....for example, allowing me to purchase a few of the materials directly and on a discount. I highly recommend them.
