We used Top Leader to remodel our kitchen, and I am very pleased with the work that was done. The design process was very efficient, and felt like we had a voice in all decisions. Top Leader Construction contacted me after looking desperately for a contractor who would take my water damaged porch to turn it into a space I could feel free and safe to use again. The person who originally made my porch used all the wrong materials ensuring that after only three years, I had to call a new contractor to redo the whole thing. The poles were rotten and the floor was not safe to walk because you could just get your foot stuck between the wooden panels. This all changed the moment I trusted this project to Ron and his guys. They took no time to complete the project and they guided me through the whole process and explained every material they used to ensure I could enjoy my porch for many years to come. I would trust these guys any of my upcoming projects around my house and I would recommend them blindfolded to any other person who is looking for responsible, reliable and honest contractors.

My client and also friend was having a terrible time with her husband after he got injured. He is currently on a wheelchair and was unable to move around their house. They decided he needed to have his own space in the house to work on his projects but still be able to move around as he pleased. That's when my friend Annie asked me for a contractor who could work their needs out while not ripping them off with the prices. I instantly thought about Top Leader who came as a blessing to my friends. They worked professionally and promptly and always kept in mind their needs. My friends thought they were only getting a new addition to their house, but instead, they ended up getting a practical space and their hole house adapted to their new needs. As a designer myself, I was not able to help them since I was jammed, but I was very surprised with the results they got from Top Leader. 10/10 would recommend again to all of my friends.

We wanted to convert a garage in a guest house and Top Leader was the best choice we made. Project was reasonably fast and it's beautiful now and very welcoming, it even has a functional bathroom.

Top Leader did a total remodel of the kitchen (new layout, new cabinets), remodeled 2 bathrooms (replaced existing bathtubs, floors, vanities, paint), new floors throughout and paint interior and exterior, my house turned out good as new. Great job!

We had an old garage that we never used so had the wild idea of converting it into a guest house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We just came with the idea to Top Leader and now we have that exact thing. The work was amazing, they were all so nice and a very reasonable price. I'd work again a million times with them.

We recently had our master bath remodeled by Ilan and Top Leader Construction, and have only positive things to say about our experience. Ilan was very professional and knowledgeable, and was personally involved in the entire project, from initial consultation to final punch list. He communicated with us on a daily basis, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Ilan's team of contractors and their crews (demolition, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile & stone, painting, flooring) are quality craftsmen. They were very courteous and diligent, showing up when scheduled and treating our home with respect. The work was completed on time and with minimal disruption. We were very pleased with the entire process, and are thrilled with our new master bath. We can’t recommend Top Leader highly enough, and we will definitely use them for our future remodeling needs.
