Unfortunately, this will be a negative review. I was an acquaintance of Ilan when I hired him, so imagine my surprise at the shoddy quality of the work delivered, and at Ilan's argumentative and dismissive response to my complaints along the way. In my experience, work proceeded slowly, debris was left in massive piles in my condo for long periods of time, poor-quality materials were used, and drywall and tiling work were done so poorly that thousands of dollars' worth of tile had to be demo'd and re-purchased. Then I had to hire another contractor to fix the mess and finish the job. Additionally, much of the plumbing and electrical work was not to code, and the measurements specified in the drawings delivered by my designer were not followed. Disappointing indeed.

They were great about consulting on my project and giving me an accurate quote. The work was done well and I was impressed with the quality of materials and the polish of the completed project. I would say consider Top Value for your project and at least talk to them and get a quote. After engaging with them you might just end up hiring them and having a similarly awesome experience.

It took us a while to decide on a contractor to remodel our kitchen. We chose Top Value and they were true to their word. From the initial estimate, the project manager was responsive to our questions and suggestions. This company is respectful to the home owner, show up on time and clean up after themselves every day, respond immediately, and delivered quality work. I recommend them all the time! I couldn’t be any happier!!

Very communicative, nice crew, and beautiful work. They did custom cabinets, paint, counters, trim, plumbing, tile, landscaping and turf for us- plus updated some electrical. Can't wait to see the final result, but so far they are on budget and ahead of schedule which is rare in a contractor.

Aviv is very accessible by phone and text and has good ideas. His crews were kind and cleaned up workspace each evening before they left. Finished up a bathroom update for us so it wasn’t a full long job but they were on board and on time for my small job.

These guys are awesome to work with. They did amazing work with my limited budget and their crew was always polite and on time. I did a guest house renovation and a modern bathroom upgrade and Top Value help design and construct all of it. If I had any questions, I could call or text any time. Definitely loving the upgrades to the house.

Top Value came highly recommended by a neighbor whose large back yard project turned out beautifully. I was pleased that the company put the same effort into my small patio as into her job--solving exiting foundation issues and stucco wall problems, creating a new saltillo tile surface, and adding fresh painting and lighting. The project came in on time and on budget, with each of the specific crews arriving on the day I was told to expect. Top Value, though not the lowest bidder, absolutely delivered the reliability and quality I asked for and I am delighted.
