Commented: Have the tiles been sealed a certain way?To be honest I don’t recall whether or not we used an enhancing sealer on the tile or not. It’s tough to go by what you see in pictures though because colors can really distort. I recommend you get a ...

Commented: Do you have an exhaust fan in the shower?Yes we certainly do. It’s a remote fan with two inlets. One is located in the shower and one in the toilet area.

Commented: pit drainHi thanks for your question... By code we were not allowed to install a drain in the floor for fear of it carrying oil, gas, or grease out of the building and contaminating the soil
