Engineering is often overlooked, but not by us. Every home plan is reviewed by a licensed structural engineer who creates the “bones” for your home, addition or remodel. We don’t guess on the load-bearing structure. You can rest assured that your abode will be built correctly and strongly. The Bottom Line is something we understand, and we treat your money as we would our own. Our financial accounting process plays a central role in your construction project. Prior to construction, a line-item budget is discussed and agreed upon by both builder and homeowner. This “road map” helps keep us all on track, as design decisions are contemplated and purchases made. And speaking of purchases, Waters Edge is frugal when it comes to your money.
