“On a late Friday afternoon my air conditioning went out. I called Lafayette Air conditioning of East Tennessee and was told they would be at my house within two hours. About an hour later a technician came by repaired it for what I thought was a minimal cost and was gone in 45 minutes. The next day someone else from Lafayette called to make sure the problem had been fixed or if I had any other issues. That day the thermometer hit 91 degrees but my house was a cool 71. Great service, polite technician, great price and a follow up call. What more could anyone ask for?”
