We searched extensively for a contractor that would meet our needs, had a strong reputation and worked hard to ensure the work was not only done well and correctly, but at a reasonable price point. Our project is getting closer to completion and we've been very pleased throughout the process. The crew has been trustworthy, professional and very friendly and we plan on using Zadok Mills Construction for future projects. We did have a hurdle from a timing prospective due to the unexpected need for permitting from the city, however the nature of the people working in the house made the additional length of the project seem less burdensome. We will continue and have already recommended Zadok to friends and family.

My wife and I used Zadok Mills Construction to complete an addition on our home where we added a master bedroom and bathroom as well as an office. I think it's worth mentioning that we did this with a 5 month old baby at home. Zadok and his team were incredibly professional, thorough and clean throughout the entire process. Zadok finished the project on-time and on-budget - believe it or not that can happen.
