1027 Builders did a fantastic job (1) transforming our cold & boring makeshift exercise room into a supercool kids playspace which is now everyone's favorite room in our home; and (2) building what we call a "stroller garage" in our foyer so seamlessly that you'd never know it wasn't there originally. Their whole team was respectful, hard-working, efficient and communicative. And best of all, it was a pleasure to have them around (even when I was 9 months pregnant and overtired with 2 toddlers running around!) I truly appreciated their professionalism and enthusiasm for this project and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Would not hire ever again or recommend anyone else to. House is falling apart, leaking roof, bad craftsmanship, paint chipping, concrete cracking and spalling, windows leaking, workers that steal from you. It's already costing me an extra $12K and up to fix all the issues that are cropping up from all the damage they've caused. All my pre-existing cable and ethernet wiring is disconnected. My roof has leaks everywhere causing water damage throughout. Windows weren't installed correctly(weather-proofed) so those are leaking also. Just a bad job throughout.

I would not hesitate to hire them again, They replaced my cedar roof on the house that was built in 1890. I was insisting on keeping it authentic and original, they succeeded. in the second occasion, we worked on bathrooms and kitchen in the same house, again come up great and most important painlessly.
