Our family can not say enough wonderful things about Aldred Homes. From the first time we walked into an Aldred Home my husband and I felt like we were at home. From the design to the quality to the craftsmanship of an Aldred Home, it was what houses use to be made of....not something that was "cookie cutter" put up overnight. It is a home that is well thought out and well built. It is timeless! The Aldred team is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced! If we had to do it all over again, it would definitely be an Aldred Home!

Aldred Homes built a custom home for our family. Lisa and Aryl went above and beyond to ensure our plan translated into the home we wanted. Over the past 40 years, we have purchased 2 preowned homes and build 4 new homes. Our Aldred home is the best one we have ever owned. We love our Aldred home - the quality, design and location. Ours is a custom construction and we found a true partner with Aldred in working through the many decisions, from the site through the floor plan selection, architecture design, construction details, finish selections, decking and landscaping. We had excellent professional input at every step to help us make our choices. Although we were very involved during the construction, we did not feel the need to micro manage the project as Aldred is very quality conscious and trustworthy. We moved from another state and were not on site every day or even every week, so this was very important to us. We were very comfortable with a more hands-off approach. We spent a lot of time exploring the area and working with a real estate agent in searching/viewing lots and existing homes. By chance, we found Aldred on our own and we are fortunate to have made the connection. We plan to be in our new home for a long time but if we were to build again, we would work with Aldred. They are awesome!

Let us start by saying that we absolutely love our Aldred home! We had started our home search in the area with a realtor looking at several existing houses and just happened to come across an Aldred lot that had recently started construction by chance. New construction hadn't even crossed our minds as an option at that point. As soon as we saw the floor plan we knew the layout and flow of the home fit all of our needs and wants perfectly, and were positive that our home search had just ended. Relocating to NWI from out of state and taking on a new custom construction project was daunting, but Lisa was the ultimate professional and very patiently guided us through every stage of the home building process. We have been very happy with the two houses that Aldred Builders have constructed for us. They were on time, stayed within budget, and did an excellent job. We lived in the the first house they built for us for 15 years without issues. When it came time to build another new home, we did't consider anyone but Aldred. Building our new home in the dunes presented some challenges, but the Aldred team handled them well. The quality of their workmanship is the the best and its a joy to work with their team through the building process. We continue to recommend them to others who are considering building a home. Have worked with Lisa Aldred on everything from a large upstairs addition to a a garage overhaul to renovating our living room. We've added beams, stone, windows, you name it and Lisa the most thorough builder I have worked with over the years and that's saying a lot.
