Boss Builders

Joseph Montoya of Platinum Sky (now Boss Builders) was the GC on our custom-built home. Though you hear so much about contractors being slow and over budget, Joseph and his crew were the opposite: timely, effective, quick, responsive to our concerns, flexible, and on budget. We have been in our house for 10 years, and the quality has amazed us, with no major problems and very few maintenance demands. In the ensuing years, Joseph has always helped us with any upkeep issues, sending a crew to patch up wear and tear and solve problems that occur because of time and weather. We call him whenever we have work, and if we ever built another house, we would enlist him as GC, no question. Honest, reliable, hard-working—what more could you want from a contractor?

We recently purchased a new residence constructed by Boss Builders and couldn't be more pleased. The finishes are great and the style described as Spanish Modern is just beautiful. We get a lot of compliments.

Boss Builders is a quality builder and reasonably priced. They are responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Boss Builders, especially the open and inviting degree of collaboration and respect that Martin offered. He also took independent initiative on a few aspects (extending the portal, installing hallway light fixtures), that integrated beautifully with the original design, after learning what my vision was.
