Tom Buckingham has built 2 top end houses for us. We love both of them. He is extremely talented & very creative when it comes to home building. He keeps the clients lifestyle & pocketbook in mind during each project. We liked the fact that he only builds a few projects at a time, so he can really focus on your home. We cannot say enough about this builder!

A fabulous custom builder that does top notch work! We have worked with Tom Buckingham in the past on an Equestrian farm approximately 10 years ago that was a multi million project.

"Thomas Buckingham built our estate home on 20 acres. In the selection of a builder for our project we had decided that builder involvement was very important to us. Many times you meet the builder himself during the interview process and then he disappears. So the actual "builder" becomes his many subordinates. Thomas's personal attention was critical in the intricately detailed home we built. His management of the costs and timeline were excellent. Tom was the best contractor we have ever used. He had a timeline and - for the most part - everything was completed when he said it would be. Part of being an effective contractor is finding good subs to finalize the work - Everyone from electricians to plumbers to cabinet makers to flooring specialists were top notch and easy to work with. His second in command - Doug Cook - was approachable and responsive to questions and work schedules that fit our schedules as well. All in all as pleasant as a remodel project could be!!!
