We purchased a 2014 Chad Built home this past May. We are so grateful to Chad for the attention to detail and the quality of workmanship. I LOVE every square inch of our home and I've lived in a lot of homes and haven't been able to say that before. . I also love hearing the stories and seeing how happy my neighbors are with their custom builds. It’s been five months since we moved into our Chad Built Home. We love it! Most important is that Chad is a solid person who will deal straight with you and do what he says. Chad builds a solid home that is comfortable, functional and fashionable. We moved from an older home to our new one and are truly impressed with the efficiency of the heat and gas but more important is the functionality. It took us about 1½ years to finally buy because we took our time and looked, studied and compared the different builders, neighborhoods and products. We kept coming back to the Chad Built home and don’t regret it one bit.

Chad Built homes is awesome!! There really isn't more to say, but I will. Chad builds homes that are amazing to the eye and that make sense. My wife and I were looking for over 5 months and kept on going back over and over to the one subdivision that we are living in now. We kept on looking at homes that were CHAD BUILT homes because of there beauty and how well things are laid out and make sense. We were fortunate enough to get into one of his build at the beginning. We were allowed to make changes during the project and Chad was very upfront about extra cost if there were any. The one thing that I liked the most about Chad is that he is involved in the project and that we were never a burden to him. When ever I had a structural question or why they did things a certain way, he was always willing and able to give me an answer on the spot. Chad is definitely not a fly by builder, this guy cares. I would say that through this process he has become my number one builder but also a long life friend. Thanks again Chad for an awesome house!

Chad, the builder, meet with us several times throughout the house being built. He made the experience of having a home built very calming. Chad Built Homes is very professional, organized and quick to respond back with clients. Chad provided us with all options and was upfront with costs so there never was a surprise.
