I started a working relationship with Clayburn Development and Pools several months ago. I have found Tim to be very professional, personable, a first class person and a first class builder. I've shot a lot of new construction in 15+ years of photography and can tell you Tim's work is outstanding. He pays close attention to quality and detail in his workmanship. Being an outdoor enthusiast, I really appreciate Tim's ability to preserve the natural surroundings (trees, grass, rock, rolling elements of terrain) and lay of the land in his his work. His implementation of woodwork (floor, cabinetry, trim), tile, countertops, backsplashes, vanities, showers and lighting features are unique and compelling. Perhaps most impressive is the positive things I hear Tim's customers say about him and his work while I'm shooting his homes. Custom projects of the size and scope Tim builds take a lot of time and can be very stressful. The kind of things said about Tim are indicative of the kind of builder and person he is. I highly recommend him and am glad to be working with him.

I have been doing business with Clyburn for 20 years. He built our office building and incorporated some the characteristics from his homebuilding experience. Our office building is in a very high end price point office park and believe we have one of the most impressive office buildings in the office complex.

We worked with Clayburn Development and Pools by Dreamscapes to build our dream home. Pictures of the 6800 Sq. Ft. home and its landscaping are on the Houzz website Under Hidden Lake. The home sets on a slope and significant water drainage issues were addressed with some beautiful rock retaining walls and a dry creek. We had significant input throughout the design and construction. An excellent interior designer and a old-hand building superintendent were added to our team to ensure all of the details were done correctly and that our punch list was completed in a timely fashion. At end of the journey, we had become friends with both of these contractors.

Tim is an Excellent builder. He only uses high quality materials and designs! I would highly recommend Tim to build your next dream home.
