more than $100,000
I've hired Collier for a complete renovation and addition to a 1920's North Chattanooga home. We are in the middle of the project and I've found them to be very easy to work with, they keep me up to date on the project, and the quality of their work is excellent. I would highly recommend them for new construction and for renovation/addition.

I give Collier Construction my highest recommendation. I have worked with them both as a customer and as a professional. The quality of their work, commitment to the environment, and customer service are outstanding. If you are considering building, you owe it to yourself to meet with Ethan and his team.

Collier Construction successfully completed a project involving removal of two load-bearing columns between my living and dining rooms. This necessitated placement of a structural beam, retexturing of the dining room ceiling, and painting of both ceilings. They finished the job on time, with no additional charges. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and competent contractor.
