Our story is at the heart of our passion for creating beautiful homes in the Chattanooga area. For years Junior McGaha had been building new construction as an avocation while he pursued his IT career in Software Engineering. His gorgeous custom homes were built with an engineer’s eye for going the extra mile and extraordinary attention to detail. His creations always immediately attracted prospective home buyers and were sold before they were completed. In 2018 Junior and his wife, Vickie took the leap of faith and followed their passion for creating amazing homes, and launched Core Homes. Making home buyers’ own building experience nothing short of exceptional as their guiding mission. In 2020 the McGaha’s grew their team of professionals to expand their capabilities. To this day our team continues to grow as we add more talented team members in all areas of the new construction process. Core Home’s success continues as we expand our offerings of communities, create lifestyle driven homes and neighborhoods. We seek to be a positive steward of Chattanooga’s great natural beauty and charm. As always, we strive to be Chattanooga’s Home Builder.
