We, Dan and Tammy Kyte, built our first home in 1998, and became quickly passionate about the process of homebuilding. A few years later we dove into the business full time and incorporated as DKT Homes Ltd. Since that time, we have had the privilege of working alongside many great customers, enjoying the process as well as the end product. We are thankful for the team of skilled tradesmen and professionals who are equally committed to the quality of our product. As longtime residents of the Highlands, we have been fortunate to do a lot of our work in our own neighbourhood. In recent years we have had the opportunity to work in partnership with Boffo Construction Group, the developer of the Highlands. Working alongside a very experienced team has given us many new insights into our industry, from the beginning details of development planning stages to finishing strong with a high level of after-sales customer service.
