Drew Custom Homes

Drew Custom Homes has been a member of Tarion Warranty since 1982. My father, George Drew, started developing land in the 1970's and then started building homes in 1982. I started building homes in 1989 creating a company called Ian Drew Enterprises Ltd. Currently we have two developments underway. One in the Village of Osgoode which is the final Phase of Fairfield Estates. We acquired Phase 3 of Fairfield Estates in early 2008. The second development in the Village of Hallville. Both developments that are currently underway are 50% sold out as of June 2013. We hope to start streets in the Sandy Row Subdivision late in 2013 and start building homes in 2014. Starting in 2013 we are offering some lots for sale in the Hallville and the Sandy Row Subdivisions with approved house drawings and a contract for us to install your septic system and complete the site preparation.
