We are very happy with the job that EIB homes did for our new house. The renovation was on time and on budget, and it proceeded according to schedule. We appreciated the diligence and time that Kaleb took in preparing for the work by organizing all of the subcontractors. His team was responsive to all our concerns, and we felt as though we had a partner throughout the renovation process. We would recommend this company to anyone thinking of a major renovation

Kaleb was so helpful during both design and construction of our home in Dallas. He kept my fiancée and I focused and on budget. He was also very good at communicating about delays during COVID and the impact certain changes we wanted to make would have on our move in date. So happy to have an easy process and great house to raise our kids in.

Caleb L. (Sensitive Information Hidden), EIB Homes, did a great job installing ” Azek (Sensitive Information Hidden) cladding” on my home to replace 4–5-year-old tongue & groove wooden siding that looked weathered. The Azek Timbertek cladding product will never weather and will retain the Cypress-stained look indefinitely. Caleb was very professionally and did exactly what he said he would do in two days at the estimated budget price. He’s a hard working articulate young man that did what he said he was going to do, showed up on the days he said he would be there for demolition and then the installation of the replacement cladding product. The result looks outstanding. I strongly recommend Caleb (Sensitive Information Hidden) at EIB Homes for a similar job.

EIB Homes has help me navigate through a series of construction projects. Kaleb is always meticulous in his methods and thoughtful in his approach. He is also very much to the point which I find to be an incredibly appreciative attribute when you are working through something as complicated as home building. I would recommend EIB Homes wholeheartedly and have done so in the past with others who share my same sentiments.

The experience of working with Kaleb at EIB Homes has been nothing less than exceptional. The attention to detail and way he treats the job like he was building his own house gives me the confidence that I made the right decision. You definitely know exactly where you are every step of the way and if there is a problem it is addressed immediately. If he doesn't know the answer to something there is no guessing, he will research and provide you with options so you can make an educated decision on what you want. If I decide to remodel or build another house EIB Homes is the only place I would go. Thank you, EIB Homes, for treating my family like your own!

Do NOT buy from this builder. My family and I had a very bad experience with Kaleb and his team. Kaleb does not stand behind his product, lacks professionalism/communication, has an appalling attitude, and customer service is non-existent. Upon purchasing our brand new house, Kaleb did not stand behind the warranty, which EIB homes agreed to under the purchasing contract, and refused to discuss issues with the home making the entire process a nightmare. Save yourself time and effort and do NOT purchase a home from a 30 year-old-old builder who uses low quality sub-contractors to complete his work.

Bottom line up front: - EIB Homes is one of a kind - Kaleb keeps us as a client grounded when needed while still allowing for our own thoughts and unique touches - Kaleb is professional, to the point and without a doubt has our best interest at the forefront of every decision - Don't know what a cornice is? Don't worry, Kaleb takes the time to educate throughout the entire process so you feel empowered to make informed decisions More... My partner and I currently own a condo and have been wanting for several years to move into a single family home. We finally made the jump, hired a realtor and went on the search for dream home!! As we browsed through the MLS with our realtor, we easily crossed off homes until there was nothing left. We simply weren't willing to settle on a house that wouldn't meet our needs or would need "work" as soon as we moved in. As luck would have it, we found Kaleb with EIB Homes. Kaleb worked with us on our ideas and budget! Building a custom home is stressful and time consuming. However, I would choose this path anytime over settling on a house. The overall experience has been fun, educational, and exciting to see things come together.
