Our home was completed in Oldfield ahead of schedule and below budget. FL committed to getting our house done before year-end and when our circumstances changed and we needed to move a few weeks sooner, they quickly accommodated our schedule and finished a month ahead of time. We’ve been in almost two months now and we certainly haven’t seen any lapses in quality for finishing quickly. FL was very ready to make adjustments we asked for in our home including reconfiguring much of the second floor, closing in a portion of the screened in porch to make an office, adding shelving in the garage and adding a closet and pantry space. The work is first rate and they are quick to make adjustments on the fly or fixes for minor issues as needed. Craig and his team are incredibly responsive and have offered advice and guidance with finding additional services in town (e.g., landscapers, plumbers, etc). I would also be remiss if I didn’t compliment the excellent design and sales teams. Katie and Julie were incredible to work with and offered wonderful guidance and support. In short, FL delivered on everything they promised and more. I highly recommend them to any prospective buyer.

Living out of state and having a home built for the first time naturally came with some concerns. However, after the initial communication with Front Light and through out the entire process the entire team helped diminish those concerns. The weekly updates, photos and communication with the building supervisor was so helpful. The quality, design and craftmanship is remarkable. I plan on this being my forever home, but if I were to build another home I would definitely choose Front Light. We love our new home! Thank you to everyone at Front Light Building Company.

My family is beyond pleased with the entire build Front Light build process! FLBC worked with us each step of the way. We desired an ADA accessible home for our son, with wider doors, a roll-in shower, an open flow within the home to maneuver a wheelchair, to have an exterior ramp, and build the porches with appropriate sightlines to be able to enjoy the views from wheelchair height. FLBC did it all! The craftsmanship is top-notch with each room of the house designed to meet what our vision was. The FLBC motto is Lowcountry Living at its Best. It certainly is with the home they built for us!

We are extremely happy with our experience of having Frontlight build our custom home on our own waterfront lot. The entire process was great. The owners and people who work there care deeply about their clients and strive to build a home of the highest quality. The design process works incredibly well. They have a design center in which we were able to pick out all of our finishes in one day! The guidance was great and done with patience. They have stood behind all of the work, and have gone above and beyond what was expected. I am confident that if we ever have a problem, they will take care of it. We would not hesitate to have Frontlight build us another custom home. I truly believe that it would be a mistake for anyone to not at least speak to Frontlight about building their home and compare! This building company makes the whole process as easy and enjoyable as possible.
