Holmes Builders

Overall work is good but they bite more than they can chew. Could use some more staff to follow up on punch list. We've been in our home almost 2 years and are still constantly following up with minimal to no response. There could also be better oversight on contractors work because a follow up patch job on concrete has left our front landscaping less than desirable and no one has come to fix it. The home still looks incomplete from the front. Tried to resolve with the Holmes team multiple times but 2 years in, its just annoying to still be following up on something that was wrong since day one.

Terry and his team built us an amazing home. Quality throughout. Dustin followed up on every detail and was responsive to all of my requests. Highly recommended.

Overall very disappointed. Very poor oversight of subs, poor quality control, lack of attention to detail, punch list not done within 12 months of project completion (still not done), very slow follow up on issues, delegates to end result to others.
