Fantastic experience working with Imery Group, from start to finish. State of the art construction techniques, continuous interaction throughout process, flexibility on owner-initiated modifications and a high quality final product. Targeted Zero Energy, ended up with a HERS score of -13! Despite extremely energy efficient design, there was no compromise on aesthetics and only a reasonable cost premium. Very satisfied; highly recommend.

We originally were planning on building a new home. Luis worked with us and assisted in the evaluation of several home lots. We were impressed with his extensive knowledge of building, his patience and as it turns out his sage advice on helping us meet our goals. After several months of planning and looking at property and house plans we decided to renovate our current home. This turned out to be a great decision. We have a great lot and live in a perfect neighborhood for us. Now we have a great house. Luis and his construction manager, Rand Miller have been extraordinary. After a complete home renovation we are completely satisfied with the end product. Our renovation left no room untouched. This included painting, new or refinished hard wood floors, a 3 story elevator, complete master bath redo, revision of a pantry and powder room to provide more privacy, conversation of a generic screen porch to a beautiful sun porch, refinishing all cabinets and restoring them to new quality with some new matching cabinets, complete finished basement with guest quarters and bath. All subs were extremely cordial, easy to work with, had good ideas and provided high quality work. As far as budget I believe this is a strong point of the team. Although we were 10 % over the estimate we added at least 25% to the project ( better windows, additional electric and painting, upgraded bath fixtures and finished the entire basement instead of just a bedroom, hall and bath.). The construction process was not perfect but after building or renovating at least 5 other homes I don’t think you could find a better builder. Luis and Rand were extremely honest and the entire process is transparent. We definitely would use them again either in a renovation project of for a new home.

After much consideration and interviews with three companies, I hired the Imery Group to remodel my 1940's family home. The construction began in November 2017 and concluded in April 2018. It was quite extensive with replacement of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, addition/renovation. of 2 bathrooms, front porch, new kitchen and master suite. I am excited to say that I love my "new" home. It is more more beautiful and functional than I expected. Luis and the Imery Group were great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone that interested in a remodel or new build.

From the first meeting at a cafe to the last thru Imery Group was spectacular. Their attention to detail was wonderful. We had to go a few rounds to get the plan right and they hung in there with s every step to make sure we as a new homeowner got exactly what we wanted. We look forward to working with them more as we grow our property. Highly recommend this builder to anyone wanting a clean living, well designed and long lasting home!

Luis and his team recently completed the construction of our custom home. We built the Southern Living Sugarberry plan and gained Earthcraft Platinum, LEED Gold, Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready & Energy Star certification. This takes attention to detail and Luis is dedicated to this practice in his project. In spite of our green goal, we did have a budget. Luis helped us balance the two, getting as much energy efficiency as possible while staying within our budget. I can highly recommend Luis to build your home.

We used Imery to add a bathroom and closet to the back of our house, as well as do a complete update of the exterior (new roof, painting the brick, new gutters, etc.). We are very pleased with the result. Everything turned out as we had hoped for and looks great. While some things took more than one try (miscommunication with subcontractors, etc.), Imery was constantly checking things, checking with us, and made sure that we were happy with everything. It is also worth mentioning that he stayed on/under budget. We added some items to the original to-do list, and bought some items ourselves that he had in the original budget, so it's hard to say exactly how close we came, but I'm pretty sure the final total was not above the estimate. I was a bit concerned about this, since he uses a 'cost plus' approach where we paid what it actually cost. Since budget overruns seem to be common, I was worried we would end up outside our budget too and would have to cut stuff as we went along. Not to worry, he was good at budgeting, built in the right buffers, and made sure it all worked out. To sum up: The project was done pretty much on time (we didn't have a hard schedule but it took about as long as we expected), within/under budget and at a high level of quality. Can't really ask for more. I would certainly use him again for future projects and have already recommended him to several of my colleagues/friends.

I worked with the Imery Group on the construction of my house. I interviewed numerous Atlanta based builders before making my decision on who to hire for the job. Luis Imery and the Imery Group were, by far, the most responsive and professional outfit during the pre-contract process. They were also very competitively priced. In the end, the decision to sign up with them for my build was an easy one. The house construction went without any issues - they remained very responsive and accommodating during the build process which, if you are looking to build your own house for the first time, is paramount. The house turned out great and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend this builder to anyone looking to build in the Atlanta area.

Excellent work. Luis Imery renovated the second floor in our house in which we added 3 sun roof windows and created a laundry room in our garage. He also made an energy inspection that led us to save money regarding our bill by adding insulation in the attic. We have sold this house since and it surely added value to it. The work was clean. There was no surprise: everything was done the way we expected. His employees were very nice. Out of 10 we would give his work a 10! Luis Imery is a great company and I would recommend to anyone.

Expect nothing but EXCELLENT work from the Imery Group. Their knowledge and expertise in their field is without parallel in the all areas they perform. In my opinion they perfectly balance quality and cost effectiveness. You get Big BIG BANG for your bucks.

Luis Imery maintains the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire construction process. When his team began construction, we had an unfinished basement. When they finished, we had custom cabinets designed to our style and taste, concrete countertops in a kitchenette and theater, stained concrete floors, a full bath with recylcled tile, a theater room with cork flooring, a beautiful bedroom with an oversized storage/window seat, a den/kitchenette and a large billiard room. Luis Imery only produces quality work. I am a licensed REALTOR in the state of GA for 13+ years and have never seen a job site left each day in the way Luis and his crew left the site. Pristine perfection at it's finest. We communicated effectively throughout the process and continue to receive rave reviews from all who enjoy our basement. Luis Imery and his team at the Imery Group did a wonderful job with our kitchen and dining room renovation. They were dependable, responsible, pleasant and respectful. They were excellent at communicating with us about scheduling and were helpful when we had questions or concerns. They did a quality job and i would most definitely recommend them - in fact, i already have!
