We have had several major problems after our renovation including walkway grout that was improperly mixed and degenerated within a year, insulation that was not installed under a floor, and a kitchen sink that was improperly installed and is now coming loose. When contacted multiple times about these issues Jarrett refused to return calls and text messages. I would use another contractor next time.

In late 2012 and early 2013 the Ed Jarrett Company completed a major renovation of our home. Ed's and his team’s professionalism, expertise and responsiveness created not only an incredibly beautiful home for us, but also an exceptional experience. The quality of the work and team, from in-house design assistance to all of our sub-contractors, was remarkable, as was the follow up, all the way through to the punch list. We have a 1927 home in a historic district that needed an entire kitchen remodel and a new den, along with a complete redo of our carriage house. Ed Jarret's company along with designer Carol Gantt did an outstanding job fulfilling our every request and the outcome is perfect! Working with his company was easy, pleasant and reassuring. The quality of the work was excellent from foundation to finishes. We are enjoying our new spaces and would hire them again for any project that required first class professional construction.

Ed Jarrett renovated several homes of friends, built a multi-million dollar home of a friend, and renovated my church. The final product of every single project, without exception, was very good. The finish work (wainscot, mil-work, cabinetry) is beautiful with great attention to detail.
