Tim is incredibly detail oriented and clearly an expert in this field. He provided us with helpful information and recommendations and walked us through the entire process! He was also very tuned in and considerate to the details that I wanted in my home! I highly recommend him for your design and blueprint creation! He is incredibly honest and kept us apprised of where our money was being spent!

I called Tim after being scammed and abandoned by my last contractor. He was amazing to work with from start to finish. He communicated well with us and sent me weekly invoices with receipts. He did fantastic work and corrected the work done poorly by the last contractor. He installed a beautiful floating staircase, old antique heavy solid wood doors, and finished up our bathroom and bedroom. He had the house professionally deep cleaned before we moved in. He also had a running checklist of item he wanted fixed and had us complete a list as well. My last contractor never looked or completed anything on my list that I repeatedly sent him. He was a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was professional, experienced, hard working and honest. My only regret is not hiring him first. Would have saved me a lot of headache and $!

Tim Stuart and the Long Beach Company helped us turn our renovation idea into a reality. Tim patiently guided us to our final selections for a renovation design, tiles, backsplash, flooring, windows, fixtures, appliances, paint colors, eco-friendly options, etc. When we ran into issues or had concerns, Tim was open, honest and provided innovative solutions. To highlight Tim's focus on quality and integrity, he proactively recommended and advocated making some changes despite it causing rework of him and his team. Our renovation/rebuild project was completed on time and not a penny over the agreed budget. My family is 100% satisfied with the quality of work and overall experience with Tim and the Long Beach Company. We will be recommending Tim and the Long Beach Company to any of our friends or families that have a design or construction need.

Very happy client!! I am a new and very young homeowner and the fear of also going through a renovation and not finding a designer that saw my vision for my home was a real and scary one.....Then I came across The LB Company and all my fears melted away. It was such a relief to work with a designer (Tim Stuart) that was so honest, professional, and patient not to mention completely thorough which as a very detail oriented client was very much appreciated. Nothing was done in a rush but rather gone over with a fine toothed comb so as not to make mistakes. My wife called Tim at The Long Beach Company to enquirer about city permits and plans. Tim came over and explained in detail what we could expect. He also had great ideas on how to utilize space and great cost effective tips within the project. Tim pulled all of our permits and paid close attention to the details in drawing up our plans. The Long Beach Co. is an excellent and trustworthy design-build company who completely transformed our old outdated kitchen and laundry room into a fully functional modern design that suits our 1914 Craftsman. From the initial meeting, they listened to our desires, explained all possible options, and walked us through the entire process (planning, design, permits, demo, build). The Long Beach Co. paid great attention to detail to ensure high quality of craftsmanship from start to finish. There was consistent communication throughout the project and they are incredibly responsive. The job site was kept clean and the crew is extremely polite and amazing to work with. We look forward to working with The Long Beach Co. again on future projects.

I had the privilege of working with Tim on the Ximeno project and he is one of the few architects that I've ever worked with who truly understands construction. It is very refreshing to to work with someone who constantly strives to get it perfect, working diligently to find a balance between comfort, functionality, and affordablility.
