We hired Macksey Construction for a bathroom remodel. We have known Tim(Macksey) for many years and have seen many of his jobs mentioned in our local newspaper. We wanted a contractor that would be engaged, knowledgeable and impeccable. Tim was all those things and more. Tim Macksey has done several remodel jobs for me ranging from less than $25,000 to over $200,000. In addition he has also done new construction for a family member upon my recommendation. My requirements are strict from an engineering perspective; I want all work to not only meet my aesthetic/architectural requirements but also to have maximum durability especially for outside construction. Tim Macksey has done several projects for us over the past dozen years. His professionalism is outstanding. We were always kept informed and involved with the entire projects and the outcomes always exceeded our expectations.
