Oscar Washington Jr. started ODS Enterprises in 2000. Oscar is a licensed general and commercial contractor. He began by learning the financial management side of the building business first and then proceeded to work on the job sites with sub-contractors and suppliers to learn the daily operations of building. Oscar is committed to personally overseeing the daily operations of his building projects. He often will assist clients with designing homes that meet or exceed their expectations, yet are consistent with their budget requirements. ODS specializes in building custom homes.
