Here to rave about Debbie and John Harris of Real Developments, who remodeled our kitchen. The transformation is incredible! We cut down the peninsula to one level to open up the kitchen. Installed a new backsplash, fridge, stovetop, sink and backsplash. Painted the “antiqued” awful cabinets a creamy white and put in new hardware. Our sink is 10 inches deep and we now have “instant hot” water (dispenses just shy of boiling immediately.) Debbie was absolutely amazing to work with! She has a fantastic eye for detail, kept all the work on schedule or in some cases even ahead of schedule, and was wonderful to communicate with through the entire process. We have ONLY positive things to say about her. She worked hard to give us the kitchen of our dreams! We’d give her six stars if we could!

John & Debbie w/ Real Developments Inc., built us a custom home in the E Ocean View area of Norfolk, VA. It sits a few blocks away, on the bay side of Chesapeake Bay, and adjacent to East Beach, a sea side community. We started looking @ and relocating to the Hampton Roads area a little more than three years ago. We had looked @ many homes in the E Ocean View area and the surrounding communities. We knew we wanted to be in Norfolk, and not Virginia Beach, due to the traffic and the extra cost of higher taxes associated w/ the touristy coastal community. We saw the potential growth that was expected in the near future in the E Ocean View area, and wanted to be in the middle of it all!!! John & Debbie were the builders we were looking for, after a long and stressful search for a home builder in the Hampton Roads, VA., region We wanted everything our existing home had but on a smaller scale. Real Developments Inc., was the perfect fit after looking @ their previous home builds and remodeling projects. Thank you John & Debbie for being there every step of the way, and building us a home in 2017. We could not be more happier with our beach cottage, in a Virginia coastal community.

Real Development (Debbie & John Harris) built our house. We are thrilled to be in our house we absolutely love it. They made adjustments to the design to fit our style and were a joy to work with!! They are truly a professional group. They have a keen eye for detail and do absolutely quality work. They are kind and patient in explaining where you are in the project. As with any project things go wrong, but Debbie and John handled everything quickly and professionally. They were very good with budget and deadlines. I would highly recommend them for any project you might have...putting in a new kitchen, bath to building a whole new house!!

Real Development did an extensive remodel of my apartment building. Mr Harris was on site daily to ensure the projects were completed properly and in a timely manner, first class.
