** Update** Sad to say that after our 1 year warranty, the Smith Team cut off contact. We still have issues that need to be addressed that were brought up prior to our 1 year warranty. Smith Homes has said that its the trade's responsibility (their trade!!) and actually tried blaming the lack of insulation, which lead to humidity issues on me. Brett has been super unprofessional. We're super disappointed with this builder and therefor can no longer recommend. I toured many show-homes and houses when looking to buy. I was blown away by Smith Homes show-home. I immediately fell in love with quality and details. Everything was thought out and fit perfectly. It’s not often you find a home that suits all your needs. The Smith Team go out of their way to make sure the home buyer is happy. From small details before we moved in to our year warranty, Brett and Aili have gone out of their way to help, accommodate and make sure we were happy. We can’t thank the Smith Team enough for building our home and every thoughtful detail that’s been put in. From the bottom of our hearts, Our family thanks you all.

Having their expert help made our home have a flow and feel that is truly "us". Rather than being overwhelmed by all the choices we had to make, it become a really fun and exciting process!! During construction, Brett, Krista and Aili were with us every step of the way. We also had access to all information on the progress of our build with the Co-Construct app that Smith Homes uses. Such a fantastic tool!! We absolutely love our new home! We can't say enough good things about the Smith Homes team! This is a company that is uncompromising when it comes to attention to detail, customer service, and craftsmanship. Smith Homes has defined itself with high standards, honesty, and integrity.
