Our Business: Serving clients since 1991, Spectrum Builders and Land Visions have steadily grown as a leader in the construction industry. Working with homeowners, builders, developers, and commercial businesses, Spectrum Builders and Land Visions are capable of a wide range of projects. From neighborhood site development, to small backyard renovations, we have the expertise to handle your project. Our highly qualified staff is comprised of landscape architects, site developers, builders, and turf specialists. Who We Are: Sam McCullough: Owner A graduate of East Carolina University and Georgia State University, Sam began his career with Hensley-Schmidt Engineers and Planners in Atlanta. He was later employed by Cobb County Planning Department as Senior Planner and Gwinnett Planning Department as Assistant Director. He was a charter member in the American Institute of Certified Planners. In 1984, he was hired as Vice President of Development for Norton Properties and in 1986 joined Continental Southern, later Land Sellutions, as Vice President. Sam has extensive experience in residential and commercial site development, master planned projects, and construction management. He founded Spectrum Builders,Inc. in 1991 which specializes in residential construction of subdivision infrastructure,amenties, and homes. He is a license builder for residential and light commercial projects in the State of Georgia. Jim Wernick:Design Sellutions Jim graduated from University of Georgia in 1987 with a bachelor in Landscape Architecture. He has an extensive background in civil engineering, landscape architectural design, and land planning. His experience took him to Thailand in 1990 where he was part of a design and construction team for a hotel resort. Jim specializes in subdivision entrance design, amenity design, and residential construction. Jim provides design services to Land Visions.
