We had a great experience building our home with Suma Design. They were flexible, kept us informed throughout the process and were willing to spend the time to make sure we had plenty of information and info to make great decisions. We love our house. There are many details that really make our home stand out! If we ever wanted to build again, Suma Design would be the only builder we would call.

My experience with Mark building my house was superb! He helped every step of the way from working through my initial design options to my selections and colors. Many times he went above and beyond to show me other projects or show up to meetings personally with different vendors like tile. He's also very transparent when it came to communications of potential risks like having to pier the foundation (which I luckily didn't have to do). I would highly recommend working with him on future projects.

I am the Manager of Owen Lumber Company and have been selling Mark building materials for 10-years He has been very professional and a pleasure to work with . Keeps his account current and always is on top of what is going on . I would highly recommend Suma Design for building a home . Marks houses are very modern and he uses high quality building materials such as TJI floor joist for his floors.

Suma put in the highest quality materials. Our energy bills are really low! Our house was designed with us in mind and we love every square inch. They also are really good staying on budget, and project timelines. If we build a house again - they will be the first called. Thanks! Suma

We were impressed with the exciting and practical designs Suma already had....and very pleased with Mark's flexibility in adapting to our specific needs. The workmanship has exceeded our past new home building experiences (other builders - 3 new builds) and the follow-up has been prompt and effective. We're extremely pleased with the guidance we received.....the quality of the execution....and the finished product.

Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!
