Mike Murphy was one of four builders who quoted for my $100K kitchen/home remodel which included incorporating a garage storage room in the house as a new laundry room, adding a fireplace, removing interior support walls via adding new footings and new joists. His quote was the least expensive of the four and, as he's a neighbor, I was inclined to work with him from the start. The job was finished in the time frame given initially with 100% satisfaction on my part.
