Corey Gains of Versi is an experienced home builder. Relying on Old World high end luxury homes his company is the go to builder for design/build of Old World homes. Much of his work includes state of the art in home automation and ceiling detail such as groin vaulted, tray, vaulted ceilings and faux finishes, and a finishing touch with 100 year old beams complimenting his homes. His sometimes overlooked passion for pool and landscape design I think sets him apart from most builders who do not consider this an important aspect of the finished product. This fact really adds a dramatically WOW factor to exterior to his homes. Usually, incorporating beautiful water fall features, ponds and terracing of land is a vision not seen by most builders in the luxury market.
