Perhaps the most outstanding feature of the Willix home we purchased is that the basics are done very well. In an environment where infill housing is being constructed by builders with a wide variety of experience, it is refreshing to find a builder where door frames are square, plumbing fixtures match, ceramic tile floors are flat and finishing details are uniformly good throughout the entire house. The overall house design is good and the views are great. We were shown the house by Cam and Mike, both of whom are down-to-earth people and were a pleasure to deal with. Small items requiring touch-up after our purchase were dealt with efficiently and without any hassle.

We recently purchased a brand new home that Willix built in the inner city and are just thrilled with it! The home is very well built/great quality and the people we have worked with at Willix have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish being accommodating, diligent and responsive. I would highly recommend working with them whether it be with a new home or renovation.

The service has been outstanding throughout the renovations of my house. The crew that showed up for the work that had to be done were all courteous and kept the work place clean and tidy. The project was estimated to take 6 weeks and they competed the entire job on time and within the estimated price. We are very pleased with the overall work that was performed and would recommend them to any of our friends.
