Very professional group. Helped to revive a stalled project on new modular construction of a single family home. They took leadership and completed the project, which ultimately was also sold the day it listed.

We having been working with Nest to design our new home for 8 weeks and it's been a seamless process thus far. After our very first conversation with Dan, he had such great insight as to what we were going for that he was able to find us the perfect home plans by the end of the phone call. We have worked intimately with Dan through all of the details of planning our home and he has been accessible and open to all of our ideas. Alex drafted our plans from scratch based on the inspiration home found and is not only creative but passionate and personable as well. This whole process is easier than we could have imagined. We would highly recommend working with Nest to build an affordable home in a short window of time. Nest is a company who is driven by a cutting-edge model of custom home building.
