Irvana Interiors did a beautiful job staging a gorgeous, empty, vintage house I was hired to sell in early spring 2019. Though the pieces and art she brought in were contemporary, they went beautifully with the warm wood details of the home. We sold the home in 3 days, due in no small part to the staged interior.

We had our Victorian home on the market last year for a little over three months, and never got an offer. We took it off the market for the winter and had some small cosmetic work done to the interior. When we considered putting the house back on the market this Spring, we knew we needed to do more to attract buyers. We searched the internet looking at the jobs various stagers had done in Chicago, and when we stumbled on Irvana's website we knew we had found the perfect match for our needs. We needed modern furniture in the house to compete with other sellers on the market, and we could tell from the photos that the quality of the furnishings she uses is fantastic. Her work truly looks as if someone (with excellent taste) actually lives in the home. Perfect placement for easy circulation, and just the right amount of furniture and objects to make the rooms feel warm and yet large, are a couple qualities of her staging. She also met an extremely tight deadline, preparing the bid, ordering the furniture and installing it all within a week!! And the house was ready for the photographer a day early! She finished on a Thursday, the house was listed on the MLS by Monday, and sold for $10,000 over the asking price three days later! Our realtors were very busy scheduling and showing the house, based on the interest the photos generated, from the minute the listing was posted, and within two hours they had four showing scheduled. The cost was very fair for the quality of the furniture and the job she did, and the quality of both brought us the right buyers. Irvana was incredibly professional and accommodating! She did everything we asked, and more, bringing her own experience to bear and guiding us to make the right decisions. We can not recommend her highly enough!
