I hired Jaclyn to stage the dorm rooms at my performing arts college for a photo shoot, and she did not disappoint. She took the time to reach out to me, listen to my concerns, create a mood board and go over the process with me. Jaclyn made the whole process easy and was incredibly self-sufficient, which was helpful considering I was hiring her from across the country.

Jaclyn is one of the most efficient people I've met. As a designer she knows what to do and is extremely kind and helpful throughout process. It is fascinating to see how someone like her can visualize a place and transform it in a stylish and cozy way. I loved working with her!

Jaclyn is amazing. I was selling my Crown Heights, Brooklyn apartment and made calls to a few stagers whose sites I had researched and liked. I called Jaclyn up and let her know I my situation: I had our first open house in less than two weeks and I wanted to make my place look great. After getting her fantastic quote I wanted to meet her in person. She cleared her schedule and I found her to be charming and stylish but also focused on my needs. The before and after photos tell the whole story. Wow. Jaclyn made the place look better, frankly, than it ever will again. She took this project by the reins and literally days later the place was phenomenal. (I ended up getting 6 offers within days of our first open house. The house was priced high and we got about 10% over asking. I definitely attribute this ten percent -and possibly more -to Jaclyn's work. )Our home looked airy and much larger and so stylish. My experience is very clearly that money spent with her earns itself back many times over. Also: she's efficient, smart, and sweet. I'm a demanding person with multiple businesses who expects excellence. She delivers. What else can I say? Four weeks after hiring her I have a signed contract above our expectations. What sets Jaclyn apart from the rest, is her ability to conceptualize the ideas of her client, and then tweak it with her exceptional taste. I came to her with an idea for a mad men inspired mid century living room and she ran with it. Every step of the way she'd explain to me why we were doing things: the large dark wood coffee table was making the space feel smaller and darker so she insisted on going with a smaller, round, glass coffee table to make it feel lighter and more in keeping with my theme. I recall our first evening in the new room, I sat on my new couch and felt the aura of the new space. It felt more open, cleaner, polished, and more of a reflection of myself. I actually felt more relaxed in my living room after the redesign. Now we are moving into a new space and I'm using Jaclyn Bartlett & Co. to design my new living room!
