SP Design staged our home before we listed it for sale. Susie was extremely professional and very detail oriented. She has an excellent eye and compliments your existing furniture and artwork with her own inventory. She spent an hour and a half walking around my house with me and then provided a report that explained, room by room, what needed to be removed or moved to a different room. I have never had a home staged before but my husband and I decided to do it for this sale as we'd already moved out and the house looked pretty sad being so empty. Susie was transparent about how the process works, gave honest opinions without constantly trying to upsell us, was able to accommodate our tight timeline and worked within our budget.
